I am a disabled Viet Nam veteran. I currently get a small allowance from the VA. Believe me when I tell you I can not exist on what they send me and I have a daughter who is in college and we cannot afford this semester coming up. I can no longer do any type of productive work. I DO NOT know how I'm going to pay this months electric bill or the water bill. I need to go food shopping but I am broke and it's the 3rd of the month. I need help. Social Security has turned me down. Any help will be put to good use. I won't be able to pay my car insurance this month either. My life is ruined because of my service in combat in Viet Nam.
